1. Website visit data

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process basic request logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time to deliver and secure the site. Beside Co. currently installs no advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.

2. Email inquiries

If you email hello@beside-co.com about beta access or support, your email address and message are processed to respond and provide relevant beta updates.

When the conversation is complete, or if you ask us to delete it, we will remove the email unless a legal obligation requires retention.

3. Cookies, selling, and targeted ads

The Sallimlog website currently sets no first-party cookies and does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

4. International processing

Request logs and email may be processed outside your country depending on our hosting and email providers. Before adding a signup form or processing app data, we will update this notice with the relevant locations and safeguards.

5. Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email hello@beside-co.com. We will review and respond within a reasonable period.

6. Changes to this notice

When a waitlist form or the Sallimlog app launches, this notice will be revised to describe the implemented data flow and show a new effective date.
