Terms of Use

1. The service

Sallimlog is an on-device household asset utility for organizing documents, warranties, inspections, maintenance, and recall-related records for cars, home systems, and appliances. Features, markets, and information sources may change.

2. Accounts and your responsibilities

Sallimlog currently requires no separate account. You are responsible for the information you enter, device permissions, device backups, and the security of encrypted exports and recovery codes.

You may not use the service unlawfully, disrupt it, circumvent security, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

Pro features are offered through Apple App Store or Google Play auto-renewable subscriptions. Before purchase, the paywall displays the actual price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms. Prices may vary by storefront and tax.

If a free trial applies, it converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled by the deadline shown by the applicable marketplace. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the end of the current period and can be managed in the marketplace account used to purchase them.

The marketplace handles billing, refunds, and subscription administration under its policies. iOS and Android subscriptions are separate and cannot be restored across platforms.

4. Accuracy and official sources

Recognition results, suggested dates, recall possibilities, and reminders are convenience tools and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Confirm inspections, recalls, warranties, insurance, tax, safety, and repair obligations with the relevant agency, manufacturer, or qualified professional.

Sallimlog and Beside Co. are not affiliated with or endorsed by government agencies, vehicle or appliance manufacturers, or insurers.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You must have the right to add documents and information to the app. Because app data stays on your device by default, you do not grant us a license to upload or use it for service operations.

The Sallimlog name, logo, software, copy, and design belong to Beside Co. or the applicable licensors.

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue features for security, legal, platform-policy, or product reasons. When practical, we will provide advance notice of material changes and let you export data before discontinuation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect user input, failure to confirm an official deadline, device loss, lost recovery codes, or third-party services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Governing rules and disputes

Korean users retain mandatory rights under Korean consumer law. U.S. users retain mandatory protections under the law of their state of residence. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the licensed iOS application where it applies.

9. Changes and contact
